Why We Stand Behind Our Work
The prep we never charge extra for. The extra coat we apply without asking. The corners we caulk where nobody will check. That is where a real paint job is built.
We offer a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty because we already do the work that earns it. The warranty is not a marketing line. It is a written commitment that what we did when nobody was watching will hold up for years to come.
If our workmanship fails within five years, we come back. We fix it. We do not argue about it. That is the standard Meghan and Jordan built this company on, and it is the standard every member of our team holds themselves to.
Coverage Areas
If any of the following happens within five years of project completion due to our workmanship, we come back and fix it at zero cost to you.
Paint Peeling or Flaking
If paint lifts, flakes, or peels from a properly prepared surface, we return to scrape, re-prime, and repaint the affected area.
Cracking or Splitting
Paint cracks or splits from a properly prepped surface within five years are covered under our workmanship guarantee.
Surface Preparation Failures
Any failure traceable to our prep work — improper sanding, missed primer, inadequate caulking — is corrected on us.
Cabinet Refinish Failures
Cabinet refinishing that chips, peels, or fails due to our application is fully covered including all touch-up materials.
Coastal Climate Failure
Premature fading, blistering, or weather-related failure on properly prepped exteriors near the Maine coast is on us to correct.
Drywall Repair Failures
Skim coat or drywall repair that cracks, sags, or fails within the warranty period is corrected at no charge to you.
